10sec is an iOS-based mobile marketplace app where users can buy and sell with ease! We are a small group of entrepreneurs and developers based in Tokyo and San Francisco. Our app will soon hit the US Apple iTunes store and offers a stylish and effortless buying/selling experience. To date, we have raised approximately $2M from Japanese venture capitalists. Sellers can show off multiple aspects of an item with photos and/or 10-second videos! Select a few hashtags to categorize the item, add a price, or let the buyer haggle by making an offer. Shipping is automatically included based on three flat rate weight classes, which eliminates the guesswork and need for the sale. After the item is sold, 10sec automatically generates a shipping label for the seller to print. All that’s left for the seller to do is ship their item. 10sec believes in simplicity and entertainment – and that’s reflected in our philosophy.
